I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars because of the customer service I have received. The bow still needs to be tacked down so it will not come apart. The fabric is slinky so it easily slips from its knot. I am sure they will figure away to tack it down in the future as these are just the cutest slippers and very comfortable.
