These are very nice pants. When I first got them, I thought they were black. They are a very dark brown that will look black in dim lighting. I love the stretchy fabric that they are made out of. When I ordered these, I wasn't very hopeful that they would fit me. I'm a very hard fit and ordering clothes online never goes well for me. I like the finish and they are not too tight. I'm not into skinny legs and these are just fine.

I got these in February when I needed to rest for 6 weeks, but they are so great I got a second pair. I use them to lounge in and right now, since we are staying home, I wear them as regular pants. So comfy for my workout! I highly recommend.

Older pants in this particular Lee design, with the contrasting color running stitch inside the waistband, were not stretchy. These (I have them in blue and brown so far) are stretchy both in the waist (even though they don't have the Lee comfort waist) and in the fabric. A big improvement to me! They are wide legged enough to skim my thighs, not stretch over them, and to not look either wide or tapered at the ankle.
