The fabric reminds me of that of a slip, light weight. It is soft like a cotton feel and stretchy. I normally wear a 16 (1X) but I bought the 2x because I am busty. It stretches fine across the bust. The shoulders seams line up perfectly. I am not sure if you can see through in sunlight but it doesnt look like it will. I loved my black dress i bought that i came back and bought the floral blue dress. Love them!

This is a nice, modest day dress, with a good amount of stretch in the material. (Read: works for those curves on top.) Not quite an empire waist, as it almost hits at my natural waist, but I have a short torso. Long enough in size medium to hit right below my knees (I'm 5'2). I love these dresses! I bought two of them and loved them so I bought more! FYI: The size chart says that a large fits 12-14. I am normally a 12-14 but I am bustier so I decided to size up and get an XL which fits great. I love that these can be dressed up or dressed down and that they have pockets. The material is a bit thin so some of the dresses (i.e. solid black) do seem somewhat see through.

I love the way this dress feels and fits. It’s usually hard to find a dress that looks good. It’s modest, covering around the neck line in the right way so bra straps don’t show, length was nicely below the knee, and Perfect fabric, just the right stretch and the design looks so nice, discreet pockets too!
