*edited from 2 stars to 5 because of this company’s customer service. A rep reached out to me over what happened and offered me another pair of slippers, which arrived today and are comfortable and good looking. I didn’t get the same pair bc I don’t trust that bow design but I this company deserves 5 stars for how much they care about their customers.The second time I wore these the bow came undone on one of the slippers and it’s impossible to retie without tearing the threading apart, which will ruin the w
