Based upon the reviews, I ordered down a half size. It was a good plan to do so with this slipper. After placing the slippers in a zippered pillowcase, I washed them on the delicate cycle, damp dried them in the dryer and they turned out great. One of the ties came undone. It was easy to re-tie.

I needed new house slippers that were open toe, had an outdoor/indoor sole and support. The decoration was the bow on top to these slippers.Very comfortable and super cute
